We now offer off server backups. If the server has a catastrophic failure, is compromised, or there is some other reason why the daily backups aren't accessible, we offer an off server backup solution.
Backups will be done daily and retained for 7 days. If the server has a catastrophic failure, your hosting account files and databases are backed up off server and wouldn't be affected. The backups could then be used to restore your account.
Cost is $5 per 5 gigs per hosting account and sold in increments of 5 gigs. If you need the security of backups off server, you can upgrade your hosting account by clicking on Services and click the icon for the hosting account you wish to view. At the bottom of the page, click the Upgrade/Downgrade Options button and select your backup needs.
